These are the two most popular ways of saving videos from Instagram and it's very popular these days, but if you still don't know how its done continue reading.
To save from downloadgram simply
*Open Instagram
*Go to the Video/Photos you wish to save.

2. Save From App
Saving videos and photos from Instagram through an app is the best option, because it is way easier and doesn't require the copy and paste method explain above.
