Airtel customer care in now on whatsapp.

I can't remember how many time I"v called my network's customer care only to be put on hold for long time, forced to listen to some annoying ads before being attended to.
Well its seems that will soon be a time of the past.
Just imagine getting your inquires solved within few minutes without calling anyone.
Following the Footprint left behind my MTN, Airtel now has its own customer care on Whatsapp making it super easy for you to reach them.
According to Airtel

Its only a matter of time before other network provider (that is) Glo and Etisalet do same.
Between Glo and Etisalet Who do you think will be the next to Have their own customer care on Whatsapp???
